State Representative Charlie Meier gives his support for Senate Bill 3753, legislation that implements stronger protections for developmentally disabled individuals and strict penalties for State-Operated Developmental Centers (SODC) and Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA).
The bill passed the House of Representatives Wednesday with a unanimous vote of 111-00-00.
