Rep. Meier Congratulates Chuck Melton II, Member of Team USA Wheelchair Rugby

Rep. Meier read HR 516 on Wednesday to congratulate Charles Randall “Chuck” Melton II on representing our great nation as a member of Team USA Wheelchair Rugby for a decade and serving as captain of the team for six years. Meier thanked him for all the hard work he has done for those living with disabilities.
